Me siento honrado de que me hayan invitado a firmar el texto central del fanzine, que os copio más abajo. El primer número está dedicado al pesto. Hay recetas de platos con pesto y fotos de Jaume Parera de todo el proceso de elaboración de la salsa pesto que el nyamnyam ha creado para la ocasión con Aurora del Camp, colaboradores suyos que les proveen de las verduras que utilizan para cocinar desde su huerto del Masnou.
