Acaba de salir el primer número del fanzine Green day editado por el nyamnyam de Ariadna Rodríguez e Iñaki Álvarez.

Fanzine Green day de Nyam Nyam

Me siento honrado de que me hayan invitado a firmar el texto central del fanzine, que os copio más abajo. El primer número está dedicado al pesto. Hay recetas de platos con pesto y fotos de Jaume Parera de todo el proceso de elaboración de la salsa pesto que el nyamnyam ha creado para la ocasión con Aurora del Camp, colaboradores suyos que les proveen de las verduras que utilizan para cocinar desde su huerto del Masnou. El diseño es de Albert Cano de adicciones porquesí.

El nyamnyam es un espacio de Poblenou que mezcla arte y gastronomía en eventos puntuales. Además de que te traen un sabroso menú semanal a casa o al trabajo, si se lo pides. A mí me han pagado así, con ese menú, y doy fe de que está para chuparse los dedos. Si me diesen de comer así por cada artículo que escribo no me lo pensaría dos veces. Merece la pena seguir al nyamnyam de cerca. El día 14 de diciembre presentan la nueva temporada, para la que han liado ya a Aimar Perez Galí, Cris Blanco, Marc Vives y el Conde de Torrefiel, entre otros. Por supuesto la presentación será al estilo nyamnyam, desde la hora del vermut y hasta que se acabe la comida o el hambre. El nyamnyam se caracteriza, a parte de por su buen gusto artístico y gastronómico, por dar de comer y de beber muy rico y a muy buen precio. Pero en esta ocasión, además, es gratis.

Mi texto se titula Mundo verde en homenaje a un tema del inconmensurable grupo gallego Fluzo. Un tema que también suena al inicio de Community Master, la tercera temporada de Master. A los que hayáis escuchado ese programa de radio también os sonarán alguna de las ocurrencias de este texto, en el que hablo de Santa Coloma de Gramenet y el río Besòs pero también de Vázquez Montalbán y Carvalho y de lo que tienen en común los gallegos y los sicilianos.
