Green Day en el nyamnyam

El sábado al mediodía el muy recomendable espacio de arte y gastronomía nyamnyam celebra el restaurant day, una iniciativa nacida en Finlandia con el propósito de que todo el mundo monte su restaurante por un día. Ellos aprovecharán para celebrar un GREEN DAY en el que presentarán la producción de 59 botes de pesto 100% eco en colaboración con sus productores de verdura ecológica Aurora del Camp, que el cocinero titular Iñaki Álvarez utilizará para cocinar pasta de mil maneras y otros platos sorpresa. Además presentarán el primer número del nuevo fanzine del nyamnyam, dedicado en esta ocasión al pesto, en el que tengo el placer de colaborar junto a Albert Cano de Adicciones Porquesí y el fotógrafo Jaume Parera. Con los 15€ comes, bebes y te llevas un ejemplar único del fanzine y por 5€ más puedes hacer un minitaller de pasta fresca. De postre tienen de invitadas a Universos Silvestres, con una pequeña muestra de sus terrarios con muñequitos escondidos entre lo verde. El nyamnyam es un espacio que hay que seguir de cerca. Además de sus nutritivas actividades relacionadas con el arte y la gastronomía, dos disciplinas para las que demuestran muy buen gusto, os recomiendo que le echéis un vistazo a su proyecto nyam al buit para proveerse de comida rica a domicilio cuando lo necesites y a un muy buen precio.
